The Brand New AmericanJeremy.com!

I am beyond excited about the premiere of the blog’s brand-new permanent home, so…

Head on over to the brand new home of American Jeremy, now!

AmericanJeremy.com has a release date!

Design work can be some of the most time-consuming ventures any man or woman can undergo in this life, but it is also one of the most rewarding processes.

Poised for this Monday, April 19, 2010, AmericanJeremy.com will be up and running (fingers crossed).

I am beyond excited to reveal AmericanJeremy.com to the masses and truly appreciate the amazing patience you all have exhibited.  You guys are what makes this all not only possible but so worth while.

So, with this being said, technology doesn’t always have the same agenda as its designer, so stay tuned to the blog for updates on the brand-new site.  If that date happens to change, I can promise that it will be for a great reason!

Stay tuned this week and every week for more bloggage on American Jeremy’s brand-new home!

Great Results!

After returning to the ‘Burg (Harrisonburg, VA that is) from my sister’s amazing wedding (which you will hear, see, and read all about very soon) that I had 2 choices…

  1. Keep cranking out blog content, essays, photos, and videos

  2. Or, work really hard to get AmericanJeremy.com completely up and running, so that you can enjoy the amazing content (stated above) at the blog’s permanent location

So, needless to say the second choice sounded like the best bet, so with that being said, this week will be devoted to finalizing AmericanJeremy.com so that you guys can enjoy all of the blog’s new content at its new home.

Stay tuned for an official reveal date for the site and be ready to countdown my friends!

When “The Very Near Future” is…

As most of you know, from recent blog posts, I have been hard at work designing, slaving, and finalizing the new, permanent home for the blog, AmericanJeremy.com.

Also most of you know, that I have told you that this site is due to be unveiled very soon and in the near future.  Well, I don’t blame you one bit for wondering when exactly this may be.

Well, here’s the honest truth people, I am beyond stoked about unveiling my new site, and I have a checklist of final touches to put on the site.

So, with that being said I think you guys can expect to be visiting the brand-new American Jeremy within the next 2 weeks.  When I set a finalized date to unveil the site you can rest assured that there will be a countdown, but until then…

Stay tuned this week and every week for more bloggage, and AmericanJeremy.com updates!

You should give it a shot!

Lately, I have been quite a bit of print design work in preparation for my sister Shannon’s wedding.

I have grown to absolutely love print design over the past semester.

There’s something so magical (meant to sound ridiculous, give me a break people) about being able to hold your designs in your hands, print the off, and pin them to your design, bulletin board.

With that being said, I am always looking for new inventive ways to explore fresh areas of design, so let me know if you have any print or web design ideas you would love to explore.  One amazing thing about college is my ability to explore all the various avenues of design.

I also plan on showcasing some of my print pieces that I have designed for my sister’s wedding (don’t want to reveal anything until after the wedding which is this weekend), so…

Stay tuned this week and every week for more bloggage including some wedding design.

More undeserving, and that’s a wonderful thing…

Last night, I had the distinct pleasure of watching (for the 3rd time, in my life) Mel Gibson‘s The Passion of the Christ with some good friends, and I have to say that movie gets more intense every time I watch it.

As we approach Easter in 2 days it is so easy to get wrapped up in the candy, festivities, Easter-egg hunts, and pastel color schemes that we forget why we are celebrating in the first place. Sound familiar? (think of that BIG holiday on December 25th)

We are all guilty of it, and I know I am by no means immune.  However, amongst the hustle and bustle of my busy week making time to watch this film with some good friends was nothing but rewarding.

Nashville, TN!

Most of you have probably already read all about my amazing spring-break, mission trip to Nashville, TN (if not check it out here and here), but I have one more blog you should check out.

Adventures in Missions is the amazing missions organization that we took our trip with, and our trip leader Jeff set up a blog just for our trip where he can post videos, pictures, and stories told from our perspective.

The blog is really an awesome experience not only for those of us who attended the trip through AIM, but also an amazing way for you guys to read more about our trip, not just from my perspective from the entire group’s  perspective.

My countless stories are just a small fraction of the amazing things that are going on in Nashville, so head on over to AIM’s Nashville Blog and read all about our life-changing trip.

Stay tuned this week and every week for more bloggage!
